As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I believe the first session sets the tone for everything that follows. When you meet with me, you can expect a space that is calm, welcoming, and centered entirely on you. My goal is to help you feel grounded, understood, and supported from the moment we begin. Over the years, I’ve worked with children, youth, and adults across a wide range of settings. I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help individuals process past trauma and build resilience. I’m deeply committed to understanding and honoring the multicultural dynamics that shape our community. I believe therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. My approach is flexible, personalized, and grounded in the belief that every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported.
